Dr. Sridharamurthy is the Founder President of NSB and has over 25 years of entrepreneurial, administrative, consulting, teaching and research experience. He is also a member of the Board of Studies at Bangalore University (Management Studies). He is an Alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and executive alumnus of IIM Indore. He specializes in International Business, Cross-cultural Management & Corporate Strategy.

Dr. Sridhara holds PhD in Management from VIT University and MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, USA. He has completed Advanced Management Program from Indian Institute of Management (Indore) and FDP in General Management from Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad).

His work experience spans across Government, Corporate Sector, Consultancy and Higher Education. He is currently a Regional Advisory Council Member of Soy Excellence Centre (India), Member of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), National Human Resource Development Network (NHRDN) and Education Promotion Society of India (EPSI).

He has served as the consultant for American Soy Association (USA) and ESC-Pau (France) and was the Director for Educare Consultancy Services and Jaika Ventures Hospitality Private Limited.

Dr. Sridhara has extensive national and international teaching experience across many B-Schools. He has taught and delivered lectures at various global business schools such as Ohio University MBA Program, ESC-Pau Business School (France), The University of Deusto (Spain), St. Marys University College MBA Program (UK).

He has been endowed with many prizes, awards and accolades. While he has been awarded University Gold Medal for outstanding performance in Graduate study, he has won many best management faculty awards across Bschools. He is also the recipient of Shiksha Bharati Puraskar by All India Achievers’ Foundation.

His academic qualifications include MBA (1982), GDMM from IIMM, and Ph.D. in Retail Management. He has a massive work experience of over 37 years. During his working days he worked in India and abroad, travelled extensively to more than 10 countries, trained professionals in various countries and participated in more than 40 workshops and seminars. He has presented 6 papers at national and international seminars/workshops and organised five national and international seminars and workshops

Besides holding charge of academic relations involving entering MOU’s with industries, organising FDP’s for faculties and value added certification programs to students, he is currently in the process of getting NSB accredited with NBA. He also shares his knowledge and experience in teaching subjects of contemporary nature like Business and Industry, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Retail Management and International Business.

During his current tenure here, NSB entered into an MOU with National Entrepreneurship Network to start an entrepreneurial cell, another MOU for International Internships and MOU with Reliance group to train our students and make them eligible to join the organisation at the end of paid internships of 6 months.

He is also assisting NSB in student admissions, placements and taking the students to industrial visits and inviting distinguished personalities to address students on various subject related topics and resource persons to be panel members in our seminars and workshops.

Prior to joining NSB Bangalore, Mathivanan has sixteen years of experience in teaching, training and research. He is an alumnus of DOMS, Madurai Kamaraj University and Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

Dr. B N Sivakumar was associated as a Professor and HoD in the MBA Department of Adhiyamaan College of Engineering (Autonomous) in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. He holds three PG degrees and an M.Phil. Degree. He completed his Doctoral Degree in the field of Management Science from Anna University, Chennai, in August 2012.

With 30 years of teaching and administrative experience, along with 20 years of research experience, his areas of interest include Human Resource Management and Training and Development. He has attended numerous Faculty Development Programs from premier management institutes in India, presented papers in National and International seminars/conferences, and published research papers in International Journals. Additionally, he has guided M.Phil. Scholars and is currently guiding Ph.D. scholars.

He served as a faculty member of the MS program at BITS Pilani for Ashok Leyland Senior level Managers and Managers, conducted by Ashok Leyland Management Development Centre in Hosur. He is a life member and has served as an Executive Committee Member of NHRD Network Hosur Chapter, a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education, and a member of the Indian Society for Training and Development.

Apart from his professional pursuits, his hobbies include reading personality development books and maintaining physical fitness.

Dr. S. Madhivanan holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from Pondicherry Central University and MBA from Guru Nanak College, Velacherry, Chennai. He has been actively involved in conducting research and publications. His research interests are in the areas of Emotional intelligence and Psychological capital.

Dr. Madhivanan has over 12 years of industry, teaching and research experience. His areas of interest include Human Resource Management, Marketing Management and Quantitative Techniques. Throughout her remarkable academic and professional journey spanning two decades, she has immersed herself deeply in the accreditation processes for educational institutions.Prof. Shalini completed her BA (Voc.) at BMS College for Women, where she consistently ranked as the top student throughout all three years. Dr. K. Raghu Ram holds Ph.D. in Business Management from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur (AP) and MBA from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad. He has nearly 25 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience. Dr. A. Abirami, currently serving as an Associate Professor, is a dynamic and enthusiastic academician with 12 years of teaching experience and 5 years of industry experience. Prof. Ramya Rajakannan is an Assistant Professor of English and a dedicated literary scholar with a deep passion for experimental literature, hypertext fictions and narrative studies. She is pursuing PhD in English Literature from Vellore Institute of Technology, with her research focusing on the affordances of digital and traditional mediums in narrative fiction. After having initial stint with a few multi-national companies, she transitioned towards academics. Dr. Meera holds a Ph.D. in Management, MBA (HR) and M.Phil (Management). Prof. Abishek Santhosh Raj is UGC-NET certified in Management. He Completed PGPM from National School of Business and received his MBA (Marketing) Degree from the University of Mysore. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai.

Prof. Aradhita Deb is a PGPM from National School of Business and gold medalist. She also holds an MBA degree from Mysore University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from IIT, Kharagpur in Marketing. With a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Techno India, She has done various projects on Market Research and Consumer behavior, Online banking management for companies like Kotak Mahindra, Orien InfoTech. She has more than 4 years of corporate and teaching experience.

She has a good blend of corporate and teaching experience. She has worked in companies like Tracxn Technologies Pvt. Ltd and Karvy Innotech Ltd. (Formerly known as HCL Services), before moving to teaching at St. Xaviers College, Bangalore, as Assistant Professor of Marketing Management. She has over 18 years of work experience out of that 2 years industrial experience and 16 years of academic experience. Dr. Savitha was working as an Operations Head at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and holds academic experience in the following institutions like Vasavi Vidya Nekethan, IMTR, MS Ramaiah College, PES University and IA School of Management Studies.

Dr. Savitha also serves BOE and BOS for Bangalore University, Bangalore Central University, Bangalore North University, Presidency University, Reva and PES University.

Dr. Sridharan A is an esteemed and distinguished Professor of Practice: Logistics and Supply Chain at NSB Bangalore, with a rich and diverse corporate and academic experience of over 44 years.

Dr. Sridharan embodies a multifaceted professional persona, combining the roles of a dedicated corporate citizen, educator, prolific researcher, adept trainer, and astute academic administrator, all within the dynamic domains of Business Management.

Dr. Sridharan, between 1980 and 2005, worked with one of the largest multinational companies in India, Glaxo SmithKline Limited as Sourcing Group Manager-Raw Materials. He was sourcing major raw materials like Barley, Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vitamins, Minerals and Metals for Horlicks, Boost, Horlicks Biscuits, Junior Horlicks, Chocolate Horlicks, and Mothers Special. He successfully conducted a Reverse Auction” and reduced the price of major raw material – barley by 25 per cent. He was awarded several times special prizes for bringing down the costs of raw materials and inventories. He handled a spend of over 1000 crores.

He later moved and worked as Head of Procurement to Suguna Poultry, Coimbatore from December 2005 to February 2007 and was in charge of 28 feed mails and supplies of major raw materials like soya meal and maize. He was successful in bringing down the cost of logistics by transporting soya meals through rail wagons, which resulted in considerable freight reduction. He handled a spend of over 2000 crores.

He later associated from March 2007 to March 2009 with Asian Foods as Vice President-Supply Chain Operations. He was instrumental in sourcing pulses from pan India, thus ensuring good quality raw materials were available at all times at a competitive cost.

Overall, Sridharan had a very distinguishing and successful corporate career for over 29 years.

To spread the wings further and develop students through his in-depth knowledge of corporate work, Sridharan took off totally and spread his wings in a new direction to academics in June 2009. Having already obtained two postgraduate degrees in Economics and Commerce and two postgraduate diplomas in General Management (fourth rank) and Materials Management (Gold-Medallist), Sridharan, after entering the academic world, enhanced his skill sets by obtaining M Phil (Management), NET (conducted by UGC), SET (Conducted by Bharatiyar University, Tamilnadu) and PhD (Management-Supply Chain).

Sridharan worked for a period of four years in Tamilnadu, before moving to Christ (deemed to be University) in June 2013. He worked at Christ for 11 years and retired in May 2024. The noteworthy point of his career at Christ was taking up, as usual, the additional responsibility of the examination office as controller and very effectively conducted various examinations even during the Covid period when examinations were conducted online. He was also the coordinator of E-Cell at Christ University and guided students year after year on various activities to enrich their knowledge and expertise.

Sridharan was the link between Christ and KE International to provide a quality certificate programme on “entrepreneurship” to students every year. Sridharan was also in charge of “corporate connect” through which he brought an amount of Rs.25 lakhs through various training programmes, seminars and other activities. He also did a major research project for the Coconut Development Board, Kochi (a Government of India organisation) on packaged coconut water and received a research amount of Rs.10 lakhs.

Prof. Sreeja is an enthusiastic academician who has 16 years of experience and was associated with various institutions approved by AICTE/ UGC. She possesses an MBA degree along with an M.Phil. Degree in Management and has submitted PhD thesis to Visvesvarayya Technological University, Belagavi.

With a specialization in Human Resource Management, her areas of interest include Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. She holds a solid research history with publications in international, national, and Scopus-indexed journals.

She has been a part of multiple FDP programmes and presented papers at various conferences.

Dr. Priyanka Pegu holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce with a specialization in Marketing from Dibrugarh University, Assam. She has successfully qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship in Commerce. She has been conferred with a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the School of Economics and Commerce at Assam University, Silchar.

Dr. Priyanka has presented various research papers at both national and international seminars/conferences in the field of social sciences and authored research articles published in national and international journals.

Additionally, she has over five years of teaching experience. She has also been involved in organizing and conducting informative webinars.

Dr. Siny Philip is an Associate Professor at NSB Bangalore. With over 17 years of teaching experience and 06 years in the industry as a financial and audit consultant, Dr. Philip brings a wealth of knowledge to her field. Her research primarily focuses on microfinance and financial inclusion, with her work being published in various refereed and Scopus-indexed journals.

She has served as a resource person, editorial board member and advisory member for numerous conferences, both national and international. She has also moderated several conferences. Her teaching expertise spans finance and marketing.

With over five years of research experience Dr. Shloka Singh is a skilled academician. She earned her doctorate degree in the field of Human Resource Management, from the prestigious Faculty of Commerce at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. Dr. Singh's academic journey also includes a Master's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounts.

Dr. Singh has demonstrated her commitment to the academic community and professional development through her participation and assistance in organising various conferences and seminars. Her research contributions include several publications that have been well-received in the academic community. She has also actively participated in faculty development programs and conferences that focused on many areas in the field of commerce and management, reflecting her diverse interests and dedication to continuous learning.

In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Singh gained practical experience as a Human Resource Intern at Packrights Total Solution Private Limited, New Delhi. She is proficient in both English and Hindi, with strong capabilities in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages. Dr. Sanjeev Kumar holds Graduate and Postgraduate degree in Hindi Literature from University Of Delhi. He has been conferred with M.Phil and Doctor of Philosophy degree from Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, Wardha.

He is currently pursuing Post-Doctoral degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. He holds over 08 years of robust research experience, Dr. Sanjeev has contributed significantly to the academic field. He has been serving as a 'Shabd Saadhak' for the Shabd Sindhu Dictionary under the Rajbhasha Vibhag, Home Ministry since two years, showcasing his expertise in language and literature.

Dr. Sanjeev has presented various research papers at both National and International seminars & conferences. He has published numerous research and literary articles, enriching the discourse in his field. Additionally, he is the author of the poetry book 'Phir Ek Duryodhan Aintha Hai,' reflecting his literary prowess. He has also written a poetic drama titled "Santulan Doot," which has been performed at Central University.

Dr. Sanjeev has received a National Award from Aksharwarta Research Magazine for his work in Hindi literary criticism. He was a Volleyball player in his College days and represented at the University level.

Dr. Meenakshi is a dedicated academician and researcher in Kannada language studies, with a Ph.D from the University of Mysore, Mysuru, awarded in 2021. Her educational journey is marked by a strong foundation in Kannada, with a Master's degree from the University of Mysore, in 2013. Dr. Meenakshi's academic achievements are further complemented by her qualification in the UGC-NET- JRF in December 2013. She holds an extensive teaching experience of 04 years and has over 05 years of research experience.

Dr. Meenakshi has served at several prestigious institutions. Such as GFGC T. Narsipura, JSS College of Arts, Commerce, and Science, Nanjanagudu,. Her roles in these institutions have not only honed her teaching skills but have also allowed her to mentor students in various aspects of Kannada literature and language.

She is actively involved in academic research and delivering special lectures. She has participated in numerous workshops, conferences and seminars. Her scholarly engagements include participation in UGC-sponsored national seminars. She has also been involved in workshops sponsored by CIIL, Mysuru, and has contributed to several state-level and national seminars. Her participation in these academic activities reflects her commitment to enhancing her knowledge and contributing to the discourse on Kannada literature and cultural studies.
