NSB Academy in association with NHRD Bangalore Chapter has organized a workshop on Industry Readiness Preparing for a Corporate Career on 20th January 2023 at NSB Campus. Participants from Alliance University, IBA, WeSchool, IFIM, Christ University and ISBR attended the workshop. A special address was given by Chief guest Mr. Ramesh Ranjan, Vice President of NHRD Bangalore Chapter about the topic Campus to Corporate. He highlighted, being an MBA professional more transition is required. Apart from theoretical learning, experiential learning is required for the new arena of analytics application. In the later part of the special address by Ms. Prakirthi Shetty, Head HR Global Business Services, ABB Limited, Bangalore, She highlighted, post-graduation students from the beginning how they can build their own specialization interest more focused to get industry ready.
